Uninspired...

I only say uninspired because of certain things going on with my dad. His health is not real good at the moment. It is hard for me to think of anything to blog about. But I did have a great weekend in the metroplex. I got to see my sister and my cousin and her husband. Caught up with an old friend and talked about his family that I practically grew up with. I have lots of pictures of me and my family at the ball park in arlington. I think one of the best things i got to do was take my nephew to center field and watch the Boston Red Sox take batting practice. He almost got to a couple of balls thrown into the center field grass. Although i was losing weight as I stood there it was extremely rewarding to watch the excitement on his face every time a ball was hit. I will post a few pictures here, and the rest will be on my facebook page. go check them out.

On a different note, those of you that use itunes, or myspace. My younger brother Josh has released the first of four albums. It is a mixture of full band music, acoustic, and acapella (i know i probably misspelled it). Anyways, it is just a preview of what is to come from the next three albums. I can say that i have heard some of the other stuff (benefits of being a brother) and there is more greatness to come. Trust me if you listen to the one song on myspace (Amy, Please) you will want to immediately download itunes and buy the whole album. Please do, you will not regret it whatsoever.

So I leave you with this. Never underestimate the power of the human spirit and what visits with family and people who care will do for those who are in need of proof there is much to be left behind, whether you believe it or not. So no matter how tired you are or how busy you think you are, There is not an excuse in the world that will allow you to not go and be with the very people that is responsible for who you are today...
